The pump wear plate of slurry pump is one of the overflow parts of the slurry pump. Due to the transported materials containing various solid particles and acid-base ions, it causes serious wear and corrosion to the overflow parts of the slurry pump. Therefore, there are high wear and corrosion resistance requirements for the overflow parts such as the front guard plate of the slurry pump. At present, the front guard plate of slurry pump is generally made of wear-resistant alloy, rubber, ceramics and polyurethane. The alloy has high hardness and good wear resistance, but poor corrosion resistance. Ceramics have high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, but they are brittle, so they are difficult to be used in slurry pump.

In addition, the efficiency of the slurry pumping has a great relationship with the gap between the front guard plate and the impeller of the slurry pump. If the gap between them is too large, the volume loss of the slurry pump will increase, which will reduce the flow and head, and then the efficiency of the Multistage pump will be reduced. At the same time, if the clearance is too large, it will also affect the shaft seal components, resulting in the increase of the back pressure of the impeller, the failure of the packing seal and the leakage of the slurry, which will greatly shorten the service time of the shaft seal components.

2.High Chrome concentration alloy 2, Rockwell hardness HRC ≥58, high  abrasion application .

3.High Chrome concentration alloy 3,  both anti-abrasion and corrosion-resistant, can be used in PH ≥4 and cl- 20000 ppm environment.
