When the sales team was only 5 people, we accumulated a lot of experience in the design and construction of camp projects, commercial street projects, etc. Finally after 2019, we start only making expandable houses because that is an amazing product. It turned into a perfect housing alternative in an Australia/New Zealand full of various natural disasters and flooding storms.Also we found after Florida's huge typhoon, it still can become the most fast-install living tiny house in the area. For now we can make more than 600 sets of expandable container houses each month. It can meet all countries tiny house/prefab house/backyard house/granny flat standard. Sometimes it not exactly can be a permanent building. Depends on different State and cities' council approve standards. FAST INSTALLING SYSTEM:

● Putting and remove to your foundation piers

● open the wall panel and install the gap plastic strips
● install kitchen cupboard and bench top
● install windows (all frame has been prefabricated in factory just need install glass)
● linking the water pipes and gray/white water tanks
● Linking the electric mainline

EASY MOVING AND LOADING:

We can see all of corners of expandable container house have shipping container steel corner parts that can hook. Normally for 20ft house just need to use forklift take that out. We found that normally AU/NZ port surcharge (container stacking location rent) and (crane rent) fees are very expensive. So we really recommend customer take shipping container house to local area first then drag out the expandable container house and return the shipping container unless you want 2*expandable house go to different area (2 customer separate) or your place is so far from port. 2*tile tray will much more cheaper than shipping container truck.

Normally Australia and New Zealand pay 25% of GST once importing this product but you can get that back on each financial month(June). So actually free GST. Contact with local clearance agent or we can recommend one.

ANTI RUST AND WAER PROOF:

All of painting in frame and panels. We use Marine anti-rust paint and hot galvanized steel. After 4 years on the coast of Australia, we can see that 95% of the places are not a trace of rust and roof leaking. All the inside frame welding is done by robotic arm, not manual welding.
