Six Spindles GRP Pipe Filament Winding Machine

MT6 Six Spindles GRP Pipe Filament Winding Machine is designed and manufactured for producing GRP pipes ranging from DN50-300mm x 6000mm. It can be equipped with 6 molds at one time which could be of different sizes and each size needs changing the procedure for its designed processing sheet manually in the computer.

(9) Take winding length as L, roving width as B, winding angle as a, and the length of resting on the end as c. Once the winding length L is fixed, any two parameters of the other three can be also fixed.

(10) Both ends of pipe can be winded as the winding zero point

(11) Single-layer hoop winding can be directly switched into helical winding

(12) The automatic thickening of the bell joint is achievable.
