ZSW Vibrating Feeder

1. Brief Introduction

A vibratory feeder is an instrument that uses vibration to “feed” granular, nubby material to a process or machine continuously and uniformly during the work process. It can feed and coarsely screen the material in the sand production line. It used widely for the crushers and screening combination plant in metallurgy. Coal mine, beneficiation, construction, chemical and abrasive industry and so on.

2. Advantages

1. Steady vibration, reliable work, more wear-resistant parts, gap between grids can be adjusted, special grid design protects the material from blocking.

2. Protect the wear-resistant parts from wearing by the cobbing, increase the capacity by separating the cobbing, frequency variable motor is optional; the capacity and feeding volume can be controlled by regulating the frequency, there is no need to start the machine frequently.

3. Mining vibrating feeder / rock vibrating feeder Principle:

1. Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor.

2. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign.

3. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate.

4. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
