Stainless Steel Table

Processing: This Stainless Steel table, with glass top. The metal part is stainless steel, forming by Bending and welding, then PVD colored. Before Bending. First the Sheet is cut to the required size by Laser Cutting Machines. Then V-Grooving on Metal Sheet before bending, we can achieve sharp corners. Then welding the stainless steel parts for assembly. Then polish the welded area to make surface looks uniform. The color is done by PVD Coating. After the metal parts ready, assemble the glass top.

Material:

This screen shown here is made of AISI/SUS stainless steel 304,thickness 1.0mm, mirror surface, with PVD rosegold color.This can be also made of galvanized steel, painted Iron, PVDF or painted Aluminium, Stainless Steel 201, 304, 316L,Copper,etc. Material thickness from 0.6mm to 3.0mm.
