Stainless Steel Profile for Door Frame

Processing: This Stainless Steel Profile is made by CNC Bending. Before Bending, the Sheet is cut to the required size by Laser Cutting Machines. For safety consideration, this profile no V-grooving before bending. If do V-Grooving on Metal Sheet before bending, we can achieve a 90° right angle on the bend area. And the edge area, we press into 0°to get plain edge. This profile is mainly applied on door leaves.

Material:

This forming can be done on metals such as galvanized steel, painted Iron, PVDF or painted Aluminium, plan or colored Stainless Steel with grade 304, 316L, Copper, etc..Material thickness from 0.6mm to 3.0mm.

Application:

Doors and windows, curtain wall, indoor and outdoor decoration works, mechanical equipment, etc.

Specification:

Mainly size about 2500-3000mm length, and we will fabricate this profile according to customers’ drawings, all customized sizes available.
