1. Peanut digging shovel.

During harvesting, the digging shovel cuts off the main root buried about 10 cm deep, so that the peanuts are raised above the ground along the shovel surface and laid out in strips. There are longitudinally arranged bars behind the shovel to drain the soil. The peanuts laid in the strips are collected manually or picked up by machinery, and the pods are picked off.
2. Peanut harvester.
This harvester is suitable for peanut fields with sandy loam with a moisture content of 10% to 18%. During operation, the digging shovel scoops up the peanuts together with the soil. Under the throwing action of the throwing wheel and the feeding wheel, the soil blocks are broken and part of them are leaked away. Then, the fingers of the three soil-distributing wheels are thrown continuously, and the fine soil blocks and broken soil particles are discharged through the arc-shaped bar screen. The peanut pods and a small amount of fine roots and fine soil are thrown to the swing-type cleaning screen, and the fine soil is discharged through the sieve holes. The peanuts slide from the screen surface into the fruit boxes on both sides.
3. Peanut picker.
Used to pick peanut pods from vines and roots. There are two types of machines in China: one is a spike-toothed drum and concave plate type, which is similar to the spike-toothed drum threshing device. The peanuts are leaked through the concave plate sieve holes, and fall into the fruit box after the fan airflow removes debris. It is suitable for peanuts with vines that are dried in the north; the other is to remove the peanuts through the gap between two relatively rotating spike-toothed drums. The pods fall on the vibrating screen, and fall into the fruit box after the fan airflow removes debris. It is suitable for clustered vine peanuts in the south.
4. Peanut combine harvester.
Complete the operations of digging or pulling peanuts, separating soil, picking fruits, and cleaning at one time. There are two types of machines: one is the digging type. The peanuts are shoveled up together with the soil using a triangular digging shovel. After a large amount of soil is separated by the soil-splitting wheel, they are sent to the fruit picking device through the conveying device. The second is the pulling type. After a pair of annular clamping conveyor belts are used to clamp the peanut stems and vines in each row, the peanuts are pulled up together and sent to the fruit picking device through the conveyor device for harvesting peanuts growing in sandy soil. The fruit picking devices of these two models use two or more tandem spring-toothed rollers and concave plates. The spring teeth on the rollers comb out the peanut pods and extend into the grooves of the concave plates to reduce the speed of the peanut stems passing through. The cleaning device is similar to the same device on the peanut fruit picking machine.
