（1）、Precautions before use:

1.Check if the rear static grounding strip is in contact with the ground and if all equipment is in good condition.

2、Insert the anti-static pole into damp ground to prevent static electricity from igniting.

3、Check if the clutch lever, power take-off lever, or control valve switch are in the correct position, and if the throttle is set to minimum. Ensure that all ball valve handles are in the correct position.

4、Check the lubricating oil level in the pump gearbox and add gear oil if necessary.

5、When there is no liquid in the pump, pre-fill the pump body with guide liquid. For the first use of a new vehicle, guide liquid must be added to prevent dry running and damage to the pump body.

6、Check if the discharge pipeline, discharge valve, and transfer pipe are empty and clean, ensuring that all pipes are suitable for loading and unloading materials.

7、If liquids need to be pumped out, keep rotating equipment away from the tanker to prevent entanglement. When the liquid is pumped out completely, stop the pump and then close the valve.

8、In case of emergency, promptly close the emergency control valve for cutoff.

9、If pumping in or adding material from the top manhole of the tank, have someone monitor the liquid level inside the tank to prevent overflow and ensure there is sufficient space for expansion.

10、Use parking brakes and secure the wheels with triangular wedges before loading or unloading.

（2）、Operating instructions:

1、All one-way valve handles should be opened in the direction of the pipeline and closed at a 90-degree angle to the pipeline.

2、Open the working valve first before engaging the power take-off.

3、After work is completed, close the power take-off first, and then close the working valve.

4、When the temperature is below zero, open the bottom drain plug of the pump to drain any remaining liquid to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking.

5、Engaging or disengaging the power take-off should be done at idle speed when the pressure gauge reaches.

6、When loading or unloading with the pump, open the top tank cover.
